12:00 p.m. on Friday through 12:00 p.m. on Sunday
Tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception are provided.

2024 Off-Season Wedding Rates
One-day rentals are available during our off-season months (January, February, March, November, and December)!
January - March
Saturday (8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.): $5,000 (plus sales tax)
November
Saturday (8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.): $7,000 (plus sales tax)
December
Saturday (8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.): $5,000 (plus sales tax)
Event music must end at 10:00 p.m.
MAX CAPACITY during off-season months is 130 guests.
Elopement Packages (2024 Rates)
Tuesday through Thursday (9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.): $3,000
Sunday (2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.): $4,000
Event music must end at 10:00 p.m.
Elopement packages on Sundays do not include house access and are for guest counts of 100 or less.

Sunday Rentals begin at 1:00 p.m.
5-hour rental: $2,000
Rental hours include set-up and clean-up of rental space.
Sunday rentals do not include house access.
Friday or Saturday Rental (2024 Rates)(Non-wedding events)
5 hour rental: $3,000
Friday or Saturday rentals can only be booked within 90 days of the proposed event
